Delete Your Account

You can delete your My Wall Art account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

Open Profile, tap Account Details, then Delete Account. It takes effect immediately.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email kreativenetworkstudios@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Every piece of artwork you have created, and the prompts behind them.
• Anything you have saved or shared, including items in Explore.
• Your saved shipping address.

What is kept, and why

Records of orders you placed are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They are not linked to your account once it is gone.

An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in your app store subscription settings first, or you will keep being billed.
