Privacy Policy

This policy explains what My Wall Art collects, why, and who else sees it. We have kept it specific rather than general, so you can tell exactly what happens to your information.

What we collect

• Your email address and password, so you can sign in. Passwords are stored encrypted and we never see them.
• An account name, if you choose to add one. It is shown next to your artwork only when you share a piece publicly.
• The choices you make in the app - frame size, color palette, subject, style, and any notes you add - along with the artwork created from them.
• Your shipping address, when you order a print.
• Your order history, so you can see what you bought and track it.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or your photo library, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.

Payment information

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe on their own secure page, and they share only whether the payment succeeded. You can read Stripe's policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Who else your information reaches

Making and shipping your artwork requires a few services, and each receives only what it needs:

• Supabase stores your account, artwork, and orders.
• OpenAI receives the description of the piece you asked for, in order to create it. It does not receive your name, email, or address.
• Replicate prepares the print-quality version of your artwork.
• Printful receives your name, shipping address, and the artwork file, so your print can be made and posted. They do not receive your email address.
• Stripe processes payment.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Artwork you create

Your artwork is private to your account unless you choose to share it to the Explore gallery. Sharing is off by default, and you decide each time whether your account name appears. You can unshare a piece at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and artwork until you delete them. Deleting your account from the Profile screen removes your account, your artwork, and your saved address. Order records are kept for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

• See or change your email, account name, and shipping address in Profile.
• Delete your account, and everything in it, from Profile.
• Email us for a copy of your information, or with any privacy question.

Children

My Wall Art is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
