These terms cover the My Wall Art app, Premium subscriptions, and prints ordered through the app.
Artwork you create is yours to use, including commercially. The models used to generate it permit this. You may not use it to train other AI models, and you may not create artwork that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
Artwork is generated from the choices you make, not assembled from existing images. Any resemblance to a real person, brand, or character is unintentional. Prompts naming a brand, a franchise, or a living artist are blocked before they reach the model, and you agree not to work around that.
AI-generated content may have limitations on copyright protection under applicable law, so you may not be able to stop others using a similar piece.
You keep your work private unless you choose to share it to Explore. Sharing gives My Wall Art permission to display it in the gallery, and nothing else. You can remove it at any time.
Premium is $12.99 a month or $124.99 a year. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your app store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
Allowances are weekly. They reset on the same weekday you subscribed, and unused allowance does not carry over.
Subscriptions bought on an iPhone are also covered by Apple's standard licence agreement.
Prints are sold by Kreative Network Studios, operated by Kristen Neville, and produced by our print partner. Prices are shown before payment, shipping is calculated from your delivery address, and the full total is shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Set out in full on the main page. In short: digital creations and subscriptions are non-refundable, prints are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind, and anything damaged or wrong is replaced free within 30 days.
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Do not attempt to break, overload, or extract data from the service. Content shared to Explore is covered by the Content Policy.
Accounts that break these terms may lose access to sharing, or be closed.
The app is provided as it is. We are responsible for delivering what you paid for, and for putting right a print that arrives damaged or wrong. We are not responsible for how you use the artwork you create.
These terms may change as the app does. Material changes will be announced in the app.
